सर्वभूतानि कौन्तेय प्रकृतिं यान्ति मामिकाम्।
कल्पक्षये पुनस्तानि कल्पादौ विसृजाम्यहम्
कल्पक्षये पुनस्तानि कल्पादौ विसृजाम्यहम्
Transliteration
sarva-bhūtāni kaunteya prakṛitiṁ yānti māmikām
kalpa-kṣhaye punas tāni kalpādau visṛijāmyaham
kalpa-kṣhaye punas tāni kalpādau visṛijāmyaham
Synonyms
prakṛtim: the material nature;
svām: of My personal Self;
avaṣṭabhya: entering into;
visṛjāmi: I create;
punaḥ punaḥ: again and again;
bhūta: grāmam — all the cosmic manifestations;
imam: these;
kṛtsnam: in total;
avaśam: automatically;
prakṛteḥ: of the force of nature;
vaśāt: under obligation .;
English Meaning
The whole cosmic order is under Me. Under My will it is automatically manifested again and again, and under My will it is annihilated at the end.
