ये चैव सात्त्विका भावा राजसास्तामसाश्च ये।
मत्त एवेति तान्विद्धि नत्वहं तेषु ते मयि

Transliteration
ye chaiva sāttvikā bhāvā rājasās tāmasāśh cha ye
matta eveti tān viddhi na tvahaṁ teṣhu te mayi
matta eveti tān viddhi na tvahaṁ teṣhu te mayi
Synonyms
tribhiḥ: three;
guṇa: mayaiḥ — consisting of the guṇas;
bhāvaiḥ: by the states of being;
ebhiḥ: all these;
sarvam: whole;
idam: this;
jagat: universe;
mohitam: deluded;
na abhijānāti: does not know;
mām: Me;
ebhyaḥ: above these;
param: the Supreme;
avyayam: inexhaustible .;
English Meaning
Deluded by the three modes [goodness, passion and ignorance], the whole world does not know Me, who am above the modes and inexhaustible.
